If I used Bin/Cue I get a.SRM File which is a save file and is easily moved/replaced/OR i can download a 100% save but can you do the same for.PBP? Are.PBP files likely to corrupt on me as well? I aint bothered about compression, just trying to make my PSX Folder tidy.

This is the only method I could figure out without having to use comms through a pc. Ill let the video speak for itself. Follow these instruction. 1: This method is for GameShark 2.x.

May work for knockoff V2s. 2: Download X-Flash 1.2 Beta 3 Firefly. Unzip and burn the disk with Imgburn.

3: Download roms you want from Only decrypted roms will flash onto the cartridge. Must be 256k for V2s. Pretty sure all knockoff roms are all decrypted.

3: Download X-flash 1.2 Beta 3.zip from 4: Make a directory called Xflash. Fuji xerox docuprint 203a driver for windows 10. Unzip Xflash 1.2 Beta 3 into it.

Unzip your rom files into it. Load command prompt. Goto Xflash folder. Type rename *.bin *.rom to rename any roms that have the bin extension. Type Romfile.exe and it will make a romfile.dat with the rom information listed. 5: Open Imgburn. Select Mode then Build.

Under Options put data type as MODE2/FORM1/2352. Filesystem ISO9660. Then select browse for a file and select romfile.dat, romfile.exe, and the rom files that are in that directory. You probably dont need the roms in there cuz they are supposed to be in the dat file. But to be safe I put them on there.

After you have your files selected then select your destination and filename. Most likely it will be xflash.bin/cue. Then press build to build the iso. 6: Burn the custom disk to cd. I burned at 16x but im sure 24x will work as well.

7: Use swap trick to load up Fireflys Xflash disk. Its important not to press start because the new cd will not read the roms if you go into that menu. Then take the disk out and put in the custom rom disk. Press start when the new disk is in.

It will bring you to the rom menu. Select appropriate rom and hit X to flash. If successful it will bring you back to the rom list. If not it will give a error saying update not successful. If not successful try another rom. 8: If you power cycle the Playstation on a un successful flash the Gameshark will not boot.

Just do swap trick again and load a working decrypted rom. 9: That is all. I spent alot of time messing with this. Torrent This stuff is pretty much abandoned and its hard to find the info / files to do it right.

The roms ive tested with GameShark 2.0 are as follows: Zippy 0.33 Action Replay 3.3 Innovational Ahoy 0.34 EMS 1.55 Caetla 0.34.

I've been trying to burn SOTN to a cd to play on my ps1 but when i try to burn it to a disc I get an error on the same sector no matter what speed I use. I've used CDMage to merge the two bin files and used the new cue file it creates but ImgBurn always returns the same error about 92% of the way.
