This is a joint hearing of CB5, Manhattan Borough Board and Borough President Gale Brewer. • Review of application by DCP to amend the city's zoning text to establish a special permit for new hotel development in Light Manufacturing (M1) districts.

Community Board 5 is always looking for ways to serve you better and will continue to work to improve the quality of life in the district.
