You can also find ATV Manuals on. Here is my list, some I have had, some I got online I have put all Manuals on my dedicated server, so the links won't go dead. Most the manuals listed below are on the server and there may be some on the server that's not on the list. Scroll to the bottom of this post to get the link. If you need a Manual that's not on the list, leave a reply, I will try to locate it, if I can't, I'm sure another member would share if they have it. If you have manuals that are not in the list and you would like to share them, leave a reply, with a link to your manuals and I will add them to my post so they are all in one spot. Hello everyone I am new here.I am searching for a owners manual for a 1993 Polaris 250 2X4.

Polaris site is way to much!!They want me to register it with the state,Then show up at a dealer with photo ID and the state registration,I just bought it yesterday and state registration will take weeks come Monday when I can get to a state office to change the registration to my name. Then the wait for a current registration in my name!! They also told me they dont have manuals back that far!! I will avoid Polaris's site. Can I get help here? I bought the machine so the ole girl can get to the mail box 1300 ft down the road,I am having a surgery and this will make a few things easier for her. I will look for a introduce yourself right after this post Thanks for any help.I need to test the solenoid and starter.Haven't had a bike or snomoblie for 40 years so I am behind on these machines. I couldnt find your year online, and the Polaris site goes back to 1998 only. This is a universal Owners Manual from 2000.

If you need more info, just holler, lots of Polaris guys on here that are willing to help out If you need the service manual, we can help you out there. Thank you that helps. If anyone can get a 1993 manual, owners,Parts or repair I sure would appreciate it.I did download the multi manual at the start of this thread. What do I need to remove to get at the solenoid and starter?? One of them,Maybe both are bad,I'd like To check the output of the solenoid,Then direct wire the starter to see if it is working.I get a elec start sometimes, but the starter doesnt stay enguaged to long.I can test just need to find and access them.

It ran rough (been sitting out in the weather for a while). A friend and I started by adding a new battery and it would start barely with the choke and his hand over the air-filter. I decided to install the new battery in the holder on the side. We had it on the rack because the old on was still in the bike.

I tried to be nifty by turning the battery to put the terminals in an easier spot to get to, but forgot to reverse the cables too. In a sentence, I reversed the positive and negative on the battery like a dummy. When we discovered my mistake and corrected it, we turned on the bike, but the display did not light up and the key did not turn on the starter. New solenoid and no difference. What have I burned up? Also, the shifter does not seem to do anything in the trans. It slides back and forth like its stripped in the trans.
