Hello everybody, this is my first thread in this forum, but that's not only a good news, because I have a problem. I have played Assassin's Creed Rogue without any problems until I reached 13% of the game progression. Yes, I installed a second graphics card into my desktop pc, yes, I installed the Beta- version of AMDs Catalyst Control Center, but none of them can be the issue, because the error happens also on my laptop, on which I didn't change anything. So, the scenario is the following: I want to start the game via Uplay, after clicking the button it synchronises with the cloud, but doesn't start really, which it did before without the error. After a few seconds (no window or something appeared) it synchronises again like the game ended. Anybody else has or had this issue and what can I do? The same problem occurs with Assassin's Creed Black Flag, which I didn't even play before, but wanted to see, if the issue happens, too, and so it is.
Thank you in advance for your help! I followed the instructions, but now it's even worse. First of all (point 5, location of the save games) curiously there was no '720' folder, like it should have to be for a Uplay- version, but a '857' for Steam. Dicom sender software. After installing DX and repairing VC++ (point 6) and the following the steps until point 12, Uplay doesn't log me in anymore - even after I installed it again (at least it 'loads', but nothing happens). Since the guide is for AC Unity, 720 is AC Unity Game ID, AC Rogue Game ID is 895, so Folder name should be 895, whenever you see 720 replace it with 895. Now i need to know which version of the game you have, Steam or Uplay version?
